- English 12: The Business of Sustainable Agriculture, which allows students to develop the skills and foundational knowledge needed to start a sustainable agribusiness.
- Physics and Engineering: Motion by Design, which allows students to apply principles of physics and engineering to an iterative cycle of product design.
- My Voice Creates My World, which provides students with an opportunity to think critically about local and global environmental issues as they relate to political and logistical regulations within American government.
